Leo de Aurora is the brother of Jerónimo Maya and he belongs to one of the most prestigious family sagas of the flamenco; he’s the grandson of Ramón Montoya, son of Felipe Maya and nephew-grandson of the Yunque. At the age of seven he gives his first concert in the the cycle Los Veranos at Villa de Madrid, and at early age he shared posters with big artists such as Carmen Linares, Estrella Morente, Indio Gitano, Manolo Sanlúcar, Paco de Lucía o Diego el Cigala; at the same time he belongs to the companies of his brother, Blanca del Rey, Manolete or el Güito, to whom he’s contribute the musical creations.
